Our
offer is quite simple, if you are a first home buyer
or you want to refinance your existing loan we are so
sure that we can get you a home loan we'll offer you
$1000 if we can't.
The
conditions of our offer are as follows;
1.
You have at least 20% deposit for the lenders value
of your home or prospective home. Your property must
be a 'standard' type metropolitan home. IE no farms
or commercial premises
2.
You must have a good credit history - unfortunately
this offer is not available to people with blemishes
against their credit rating, although we are more than
happy to check to see if you are eligible to get a home
loan.
3.
You will need to have a stable work history as a fulltime
employee & you will also need to be able to meet
all payments with your base salary as deemed by our

If
you fit the above criteria & we can't get you a
home loan we'll give you $1000.
